(Louisville, KY) — A four-star prospect is committing to Louisville Football. William Fowles announced he’s joining the Cardinals for the 2023 season. The six-foot-two, 195-pound wide receiver caught 47 passes last season for 11-hundred yards and 19 touchdowns for Dade Christian in Florida. Fowles had over 30 scholarship offers from schools across the country.
