The Hoptown Hoppers cruised to a 14-3 victory over The Paducah Chiefs on Tuesday.
The Hoppers scored six runs in the third inning. Jacob Dupps, Sean Sullivan, and Ren Tachioka all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.
David Ernst earned the victory on the hill for Hoptown Hoppers. Marcus Goodpaster, Jacob Dilday, and Cody Hupp all put in work in relief out of the bullpen.
The Hoppers hit two home runs on the day. Sullivan in the eighth inning and Tachioka in the sixth inning.
The Hoppers had 16 hits in the game. Luis Vergara, Tachioka, Dupps, William Spear, and Sullivan all managed multiple hits for The Hoppers. Tachioka and Vergara each collected three hits to lead Hoptown Hoppers.
