A Nashville man accused of stealing from the Hopkinsville Walmart has been arrested on felony theft charges.
The alleged incidents happened in April and May and a warrant says 58-year old James Morris of Nashville would bag unpaid for items, leave the store and then return the items.
There are seven documented incidents and the stolen merchandise had a total value just over $1,000.
Morris was arrested at the Walmart Supercenter Monday night and charged with felony theft.
