Kentucky public school students will get a chance to retake their ACTs for free.
Governor Andy Beshear announced that incoming seniors who have taken the ACT before will be eligible to take the test a second time during a statewide retake day this fall.
The Kentucky Department of Education will be designating the free retake day, with local schools getting more information in the coming months.
