An arrest was made late Sunday night after a rock was thrown through the front glass door of the Christian County Historical Society on East Ninth Street.
An arrest citation for 22-year old Kaleb Morefield says witnesses described the suspect who tossed a large rock through the glass a little before midnight and that Morefield was still there and matched that description when officers arrived.
Police say the door was completely shattered and the rock was still inside on the floor.
Morefield was arrested and charged with felony first-degree criminal mischief and police say he acknowledged he’d just gotten out of jail in Graves County for doing the same thing.
