Crofton Elementary School Principal Lori Dexter will be stepping into a new role in the Christian County Public School System as a district-wide instructional supervisor.
According to a news release, Dexter will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement related to the district instructional vision and assisting teachers in implementing strategic actions. She will also assist with developing, executing and monitoring the curriculum of the school system.
The CCPS Instructional Supervisor will collaborate with the superintendent, assistant superintendents and district departments to facilitate professional learning to support the district’s instructional vision and strategic plan.
Dexter says, ““I am grateful for the opportunity to support more schools and students in this new role. Being a part of the process to develop teaching practices is a professional passion I find rewarding.”
