A source tells Stadium that Murray State coach Matt McMahon’s name has surfaced in the search for a new coach at LSU. The Tigers are seeking to replace the recently fired Will Wade. It’s also being reported McMahon has been mentioned to replace Frank Martin as head coach at South Carolina. McMahon led Murray State to a 31-3 record this season. The Racers lost to Saint Peter’s in the NCAA tournament Saturday night.
