KSP: Man threatened to kill ex-wife, children

Kentucky State Police arrested a Louisville man in Hopkins County Sunday for multiple felony charges after he threatened to kill his ex-wife and children.

According to a news release, KSP was contacted by the Warrick County, Indiana Sheriff’s Department for a request to locate 33-year-old Zachary Conner of Louisville, who was believed to be in Madisonville. Conner had reportedly been making threats to kill his ex-wife, along with his children.

Conner was located on North Main Street in Madisonville and taken into custody, where he then allegedly explained his detailed plans to kill his children along with his ex-wife to detectives. He also reportedly threatened to kill a deputy jailer.

Conner is charged with attempted murder, two counts of terroristic threatening and violation of an emergency protective order.
