A Hopkinsville man was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center following a crash at North Drive and West 15th Street Wednesday morning.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department report, a vehicle driven by 30-year-old James Hollowell of Hopkinsville was heading northbound on North Drive when a vehicle operated by 23-year old Dylan Hodge of Crofton, turned into his path while attempting to make a turn onto West 15th. The two collided in the intersection.
The report says Hollowell did not have his headlights illuminated at the time of the collision, which was around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Hollowell was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of a laceration to the head.
