The Storm Prediction Center continues to place most of western Kentucky under a slight risk for severe weather Thursday as a cold front moves across the area.
Damaging winds and heavy rain will be the primary threat, though an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out with any storms that do reach severe limits.
Sustained winds outside of thunderstorms on Thursday will likely be 20 mph, with gusts as high as 40 to 45 mph and a wind advisory will likely be issued.
