A woman was taken to a Nashville hospital following a single-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon on the Pennyrile Parkway.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Nichols says 68-year old Helen Mobley of Chicago had been southbound near the 8 mile-marker when she lost control for unknown reasons and went off the right side of the road and rolled multiple times.
Mobley was taken by EMS to Skyline Medical Center and her 8-year old great-granddaughter went by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Their injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
