Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry was cleared Tuesday for contact practice and worked out with the Titans. Coach Mike Vrabel did not officially confirm Henry would play in the AFC Divisional Playoff game against Cincinnati Saturday in Nashville. Henry has been out since breaking his foot October 31st at Indianapolis.
