The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System School Board has begun the search for a new director of schools and a forum has been scheduled to hear input from the community.
Last month, the school system commissioned the Tennessee School Boards Association to assist with the and requested that TSBA help establish criteria for judging candidates.
Dr. Tammy Grissom, Executive Director of TSBA, will lead a forum designed to determine views about the issues and challenges facing the school system and director of schools.
It is scheduled for January 25 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Board Room, Central Services at 621 Gracey Avenue in Clarksville.
