The Salvation Army of Hopkinsville is asking for help from the public as it enters the final push of its red kettle campaign.
Lt. Lindsey Galabeas appeared on WHOP Monday morning and says the ringing of the bell at the doors of Walmart, Kroger and other stores is their largest fundraiser.
The Salvation Army is still in need of volunteers to ring the bell.
The red kettle campaign brings in about a tenth of the local Salvation Army’s annual budget.
Again, you can sign up to volunteer to ring the bell at registertoring.com.
