Murray State upsets Memphis, Louisville & Vanderbilt lose Friday night games

Murray State had four players in double figure scoring as the Racers upset Memphis 74-72. The Racers rallied from a 14 point halftime deifict to win the game. Tevin Brown led the Murray State charges with 23 points, Justice Hill added 20 with Carter Collins and KJ Williams each adding 13. The Racers improved to 8-1 with the win and return to action Tuesday night hosting Tennessee Wesleyan.

Malik Williams led Louisville with 22 points but the Cardinals fell to DePaul at home 62-55. Louisville is now 6-3 on the season and welcomes Southeastern Louisiana Tuesday night.

Loyola-Chicago topped Vanderbilt in Nashville 69-58. Scotty Pippen, Jr. led the Commodores with 23 points. Vanderbilt is now 5-4 and welcomes Austin Peay next Saturday.
