Dedication ceremony for new innovation center on Fort Campbell set for Tuesday

The 101st Airborne Division is hosting the grand opening of the EagleWerx Applied Tactical Innovation Center and building rededication at 2 p.m. December 7.

The building will be rededicated as the Specialist Four Peter M. Guenette EagleWerx Applied Tactical Innovation Center and the event will include a ribbon cutting, remarks by Major General JP McGee, commanding general of the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell. Immediately following the ceremony, attendees will be invited on an interactive tour of the center where they will visit 11 stations to hear soldiers talk about and demonstrate the capabilities of the center.

EagleWerx is the 101st Airborne Div. innovation program with the purpose of empowering soldiers to create innovative solutions to problems.

The EagleWerx ATIC provides the resources and network for warfighters and partners in academia and industry to learn, research, innovate, build, and explore new ideas focused on human-centered tactical innovation.
