A former NFL official that worked as the replay official for the Tennessee Titans-Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday in Nashville has died. Carl Madsen passed away while returning home from the game. The 71-year-old Madsen had been a replay official since 2009 after serving two decades as an on-field official. Details surrounding Madsen’s death are not known.
