A plea agreement has been reached in the case of the Guthrie man who had been charged with complicity to murder in connection with the April 10 shooting death of Delmour Moncrief at the East Ninth Street Valero gas station.
Twenty-seven-year old David King of Guthrie pleaded guilty to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and hindering the apprehension of a fugitive in a deal that Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Boling says comes with a recommended sentence of five years in prison and King must testify at the potential trial of his co-defendant, 21-year old Dalton Hall of Springfield, Tennessee.
Hall, who is charged with murder, is scheduled for trial on April 18 of next year.
