The Atlanta Braves clinched a spot in the National League Championship Series after topping the Milwaukee Brewers with a 5-4 win in Game Four yesterday. Freddie Freeman hit the go-ahead home run in the bottom of the eighth inning. The Braves will face either the San Francisco Giants or the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS beginning Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Dodgers forced a fifth and final game in their NL Division Series after defeating the Giants 7-2 last night. Mookie Betts and Will Smith each hit two-run homers for the Dodgers. Game Five is tomorrow night in San Francisco.
The Houston Astros are headed to their fifth straight American League Championship Series after crushing the Chicago White Sox 10-1 Tuesday. Houston welcomes Boston for Game One of the ALCS Friday night at Minute Maid Park.
