NFL

The reverberations of the NFL’s investigation into the Washington Football Team will likely continue. On Tuesday, the NFL Players Association said it will request the NFL to release the remainder of the 650-thousand emails involved in the league’s investigation into Washington. Leaked emails from the investigation showed former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden using racist, misogynistic and homophobic remarks in emails, many of which went to Bruce Allen, the former team president of the Washington Football Team.

Meanwhile, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are ejecting Jon Gruden from their ring of honor. The team released a statement Tuesday saying Gruden’s actions go against their “core values as an organization.” The Buccaneers won a Super Bowl with Gruden as their head coach back in 2003.
