Meanwhile, the Southeastern Conference fined Kentucky $250-thousand today for fans storming the field following Saturday night’s win over Florida. According to a statement from the SEC, Kentucky was last fined for a violation following its football game against Mississippi State in 2018.

Western Kentucky quarterback Bailey Zappe was named Conference USA’s Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season today. Zappe threw for 488 yards and three touchdowns in Saturday night’s loss at Michigan State.
