Fayette Commonwealth Attorney Lou Anna Red Corn declined comment today on why a grand jury chose not indict six University of Kentucky football players arrested in August. The six were accused of burglary with Bowling Green native Vito Tisdale also charged with wanton endangerment in connection with an incident at a party back in March.
