Arkansas’s win over Texas last Saturday is coming at a cost. The Southeastern Conference fined the Arkansas athletic department 100-thousand dollars yesterday for fans storming the field after the Razorbacks’ 40-21 win. Arkansas was fined for its second violation of the league’s access to competition area policy. A third violation would result in a 250-thousand dollar fine.
