Details have been released on a crash Sunday morning on Fort Campbell Boulevard near Oak Grove that seriously injured a Clarksville man.
Kentucky State Trooper Hunter Carroll investigated and determined 61-year-old David Steinman of Texas was operating a tractor-trailer and attempting to make a left turn from the I-24 Eastbound off-ramp onto Fort Campbell Boulevard when his trailer was struck by a car operated by 21-year-old Adam Kelly of Clarksville.
Kelly’s car became lodged under the trailer in front of the tires and he had to be extricated by the Christian County Rescue Squad.
He was flown by Air Evac to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Steinman was not hurt.
