One of the men charged with second-degree manslaughter, Joshua Long, had his bond modified in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.
The modification lowered the bond to $10,000, according to Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Jerad Smith, and he would be held to same release conditions as his co-defendant—Seth Henderson—including wearing an ankle monitor and weekly drug testing.
Both men are set to appear for a pre-trial hearing on September 15. Long and Henderson are accused of selling narcotics to 23-year old Corbin Bowling of Crofton, who would reportedly die of a drug overdose in January.
