Hopkinsville police are investigating the report of an armed robbery Wednesday morning on East Seventh Street.
The victim told police he was selling a car to a man in the 1500 block of East Seventh and that’s when he came outside with his keys, the man wielded a rifle and took the victim’s wallet, according to Sgt. Todd DeArmond.
No arrests have been made and anyone with information should call 270-890-1300.
