One of Hopkinsville’s most iconic businesses has been sold to a Madisonville man.
Carolyn Ferrell confirmed to WHOP News that the Hopkinsville, Cadiz and Madisonville Ferrell’s Snappy Service locations have been sold to Ches Hill, who is the grandson of a family friend.
She says she and husband Phillip decided to sell because they are anxious to travel in their RV.
Hill is excited about his first venture as a small business owner and says don’t expect a lot to change at Ferrell’s.
He says it was a great opportunity for him to own Ferrell’s and he’s had the support of Phillip and Carolyn Ferrell along the way.
Ferrell’s opened in Hopkinsville in 1936 and has been featured in national and international publications and television shows for its unique burgers, chili and atmosphere.
