Daviess County won the Christian County Invitational Friday at Western Hills with a 305 team score, with Madisonville second at 308. Jakob Wellman of Owensboro Catholic was medalist with 68.
Hopkinsville had a 350 team score with Will Binkley leading the Tigers with 76. Christian County had a 399 team score with Houston George pacing the Colonels also with 76. University Heights had only three players compete with a 264 score. Evan Pyle led the Blazers with 75.
On the Girls side, Breckinridge County was the team winner with Christian County finishing second with 386. Hopkinsville’s Cate Blane was the medalist with 70, with teammate Anna Fort second with 75. UHA’s Conlee Lindsey was third with 81 with Christian County’s Jessah Hayden and UHA’s Rhegan Lindsey tying for fouth with 82.
