Nolan Arenado supplied the offense early for the Cards with a three-run homer in the first. The teams wrap up the series tonight.
Patrick Wisdom’s three-run double in the fifth lifted the Chicago Cubs to a 3-2 victory against the Colorado Rockies. The series concludes this afternoon at Coors Field in Denver.
The Cincinnati Reds announced their 2022 regular season schedule Wednesday. The Reds will open the season next year hosting the Chicago Cubs on March 31st. Interleague opponents that will visit Great American Ballpark next season are the Cleveland Indians, Tampa Bay Rays, Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox.
