Hoppers fall to Franklin in home regular season finale

The Hoptown Hoppers fell behind 5-0 to Franklin after a half inning last night and fought back but came up on the short end of a 10-9 score. BJ Banyon went 4-6 at the plate with Landon Choboy, Zayd Brannigan and Kurt Paldino adding two hits each. Bracken Rice took the pitching loss for the Hoppers, now 21-21. Hoptown concludes the regular season tonight at Paducah.
