Kentucky coach Mark Stoops chatted with the media Tuesday at the SEC Football Media Days in Hoover, AL. Stoops told those in attendance that he felt good about the Wildcat program and that they have a very good team. He added the team was constantly growing, learning and getting better.
In other Wildcat notes: Kentucky Football Chief of Staff Dan Berezowitz has been suspended from the program after being arrested for fourth-degree assault in May. He is currently subject to an investigation by the university. Berezowitz has been with the Wildcats program since 2013.
UK tight end Keaton Upshaw has suffered a preseason injury and is out indefinitely. WLEX-Lexington reported Tuesday Upshaw suffered a pectoral injury, however the injury has not been officially confirmed by the school.
