The Southeastern Conference Media Days began Monday in Hoover, AL. SEC commissioner Greg Sankey said he was proud the league was able to compete last season during the pandemic, but urged coaches and players to get fully vaccinated:
Sankey also revealed the conference will not reschedule games if a team has to cancel because of COVID. Instead, the teams forced to cancel will have to forfeit the game.
Kentucky coach Mark Stoops and Tennessee’s new head coach Josh Heupel will be among coaches visiting with the media today.
