Hopkinsville police arrested a man Sunday night after he allegedly rammed another vehicle.

Officers responded to a disturbance at Tremont and Woodmont Drive and made contact with 28-year-old Trey Schobeloch of Hopkinsville, who was walking in the middle of the street with a bloody nose from a previous altercation when he had been punched in the face.

The arrest citation says he Schobeloch smelled of alcohol and refused EMS.
