Western Kentucky University Athletics Hall of Famer and All American center David Carter died Saturday at age 67. The Vincennes, IN native played for the Hilltoppers from 1973-76 and after his collegiate career, played nine seasons in the NFL for the Houston Oilers and New Orleans Saints before retiring in 1985.
