Brice Long Back 2 Back Foundation Concert fills the Alhambra, raises money for a good cause

It was a return with a musical bang, as Brice Long took the stage at the Alhambra Theatre Saturday evening with the Back 2 Back Foundation Concert.

Long and three other song writers—Phillip White, Marla Cannon-Goodman and Josh Martin—performed in front of a filled theatre, as attendees got to hear stories about how their favorite songs were crafted and brought to life by these artists. Long says it was a joy to perform at the theater after so long, and especially a joy to return in-person and play in front of a generous crowd, though he says the community did not let them down in fundraising at all during last year’s show.

He says they accept donations for the Back 2 Back Foundation all year round, and he is consistently amazed and humbled by people’s giving spirits.

There was a silent auction held during the concert, which hosted items such as signed guitars, private performances and more. All money raised benefits the Foundation, which helps provide good, happy Christmases to families in need in Christian, Todd and Trigg counties. Long says the effort continues to grow each year, and he cannot thank the communities enough for their support.
