The eastbound side of I-24 in Christian County is restricted to one lane as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet makes pavement repairs between the 88 and 92 mile-markers.
Officials say traffic in this work zone will move to the left-hand lane and there is a 55 mph work zone speed limit.
Work zone lane restrictions are expected to remain in place for two to three weeks.
The Transportation Cabinet is asking motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
