Garrick Higgo picked up the victory after leader Chesson Hadley gave up a two-shot lead on the final three holes at the Palmetto Championship at Congaree in Ridgeland, SC. Hadley bogeyed 16, 17, and 18 to go from 13-under to 10-under for the Tournament, giving the 22-year-old Higgo the win. Higgo finished at 11 under par. Kentuckian JB Holmes finished at one under, Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker was three over and Kentuckian Josh Teater finished four over.
Jerry Kelly at 14 under defeated Miguel Angel Jimenez and Fred Couples by a stroke at the PGA Tour Champions American Family Insurance Championship in Madison, WI. Franklin’s Kenny Perry tied for 19th at six under par.
