KHSAA semi state tournaments take place this weekend

HS Softball

The KHSAA semi-state tournament begins today at John Cropp Stadium on the University of Kentucky campus. However, teams from the western end of the state don’t play until tomorrow. Games include Daviess County meeting Ballard at 10 am Central, followed by McCracken County and Butler at 1 pm with Warren East facing 2nd region champ Henderson County at 4 pm.

HS Baseball

The KHSAA semi-state tournament takes place across the Commonwealth tomorrow. 2nd region champ Lyon County meets 3rd region winner Owensboro Catholic at WKU’s Nick Denes Field at 1 pm followed by 1st region winner McCracken County and 4th region winner Bowling Green at 4 pm.
