The Ohio Valley League announced plans Monday to award the first-ever Gordon Guess Pitcher of the Year award and the Cubb Stokes Offensive Player of the Year award. These awards will be decided by both coaches and media personnel, representing each team in the OVL.
The OVL will also continue to award an All-League team. The All-League Team will be comprised of a starting pitcher, relief pitcher, closer, two middle infielders, two corner infielders, three outfielders, a catcher, and a designated hitter.
