The Christian County Health Department will no longer be offering vaccines at the Bruce Convention Center but will now be offering vaccines at the health department on Canton Street.
According to a news release, vaccinations will be by appointment only, and appointments will be available on Thursdays from 7:45 a.m. until 4 p.m. Individuals can visit the Christian County Health Department website to schedule their appointment online. Participants must be 18 years or older as the department will offer Moderna, a two-dose vaccine and Johnson & Johnson, neither of which have been approved for 12 to 15 year olds.
The Christian County Health Department will also be offering a vaccine clinic at the Oak Grove Racing, Gaming, and Hotel on Wednesday, May 26th from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and at Crofton City Hall later that same day from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
No appointments will be necessary for these clinics, but participants must be 18 years of age or older.
