COVID restrictions loosening at justice centers

Most COVID restrictions at justice centers across Kentucky are being loosened or released following an order Tuesday by Chief Justice John Minton.

Masks will no longer be required for vaccinated individuals, but they are strongly encouraged for those who are not vaccinated. The Christian Circuit Court Clerk’s Office will be open to the public Wednesday and courtrooms will reopen to the public Monday to give the sheriff’s office time to staff for security purposes.

Zoom will continue to be offered as an alternative, unless you are specifically ordered to appear in person for a court hearing.
