Dr. George “Doc” Brown, a veterinarian who cared for countless animals large and small at his office in Elkton, has died at the age of 83.
Dr. Brown was beloved and respected in Elkton and ran his clinic on East Main Street until retiring about 15 years ago. Arrangements are incomplete at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton. In a Facebook post, the Todd County Animal Clinic says they will miss him, and he was an innovator in the veterinary field.
