The worst kept secrets in Kentucky’s program are now official. The school announced today Illinois assistant coaches Orlando Antigua and Ron “Chin” Coleman are joining John Calipari’s staff. Antigua, a key assistant in the first five seasons of the Calipari era at Kentucky, has rejoined the program as associate coach. Coleman will be an assistant coach.
Jai Lucas will remain in the other assistant coaching position and Bruiser Flint will be elevated to associate to the head coach. Both Lucas and Flint are entering their second seasons at Kentucky.
