The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with free agent wide receiver Fred Brown yesterday. Brown played in 14 games over the past two seasons with the Denver Broncos, and spent time with the Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams organizations. Brown played his college ball at Mississippi State, but was kicked out of the program ahead of his senior season, eventually going undrafted in 2017.
