The Rotary Club of Hopkinsville heard a presentation on the new JennieCare service offered by Jennie Stuart Health at Tuesday’s meeting.
JennieCare operations are taking place at the new Jennie Stuart facility on the Eagle Way Bypass near Sisk Auto Mall, and Dr. Keith Toms says it is a great space that was sorely needed, allowing them to more effectively serve the community when compared to the old space.
Ashley Workman is the Director of Occupational Health and says they work closely with both the patient and the employer’s in the area to make sure everyone is getting the care they need while following the proper protocols.
Dr. Toms says walk-ins are very much accepted at JennieCare, but if you’re looking for an available appointment or want a COVID-19 test, you can go online to jenniecare.org.
They provided a brief virtual tour of the facility to the club, saying that it’s their goal to provide excellent, affordable care to those who need it now and don’t have time to wait for a standard doctor appointment but aren’t urgent enough to go the Emergency Room.
