The Todd County School System has created an online survey to allow members of the community to give their own input on the hiring of a new principal at South Todd Elementary School.
Officials say the site based decision making council wants to know that the community sees as the most important professional qualities the next leader of the school should possess.
The questions are based on qualities that principals must possess in order to be effective and there is space at the end of the survey for any comments or questions regarding principal selection.
