Western Kentucky added two more transfers on Tuesday. They are quarterback Carson Baker-most recently from San Diego State and a native of San Diego, CA. Also coming to the Hill is wide receiver Kendall Abdur-Rahman most recent of Notre Dame from Edwardsville, IL. In all, 16 transfers have come into the Hilltopper program in the off season.
