The Las Vegas Raiders announced the signing Monday of former Western Kentucky basketball player Carson Williams to a free agent contract. The 6-5 240 pound Williams has not played football since the 8th grade. He was Kentucky Mr. Basketball in 2016 and is projected as a tight end.
