The Christian County Health Department reported in only eight new cases of COVID-19 from Monday to Tuesday.
That puts the overall total locally at 6,666—of that, 172 cases are considered active and 6,404 people have recovered from the virus.
Christian County has had 90 COVID-19 related deaths.
