The NCAA Tournament begins tonight with the First Four. Drake-Wichita State and UCLA-Michigan State are both being played at Purdue’s Mackey Arena in West Lafayette. Texas Southern-Mount St. Mary’s and Appalachian State-Norfolk State are being contested at Indiana’s Assembly Hall in Bloomington.
